In 200,000 years on Earth, humanity has upset the balance of the planet, established by nearly four billion years of evolution. Over 217 days, Yann Arthus Bertrand and his film crew filmed over 54 countries from a helicopter in an attempt to visually document both the beauty of the planet we live on and the extent of the destruction we and our “advanced” civilizations have inflicted on this our home.
