Theology and ethics

Rev. Dr. Andrew Linzey discusses nonhuman animals at The Royal Institute of Great Britain. Linzey is the author of Christianity and the Rights of Animals.

As followers of Jesus and anarchists who resist domination, our resistance to nonhuman animal abuse and suffering is rooted in Christian theology and ethics as well as anarchist thought. The following articles address issues of speciesism, veganism and other issues affecting nonhuman animals from this faith perspective.
